Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Coinbase Card team within the Consumer Product Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage full-stack engineering teams to develop features, services, and infrastructure
  • Coach direct reports to positively impact the organization and support their career growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate vision into a tangible quarterly roadmap
Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in software engineering
  • At least 2 years of engineering management experience
  • Experience with Card products and working on such a product at scale
  • Strong understanding of high-quality code and effective software engineering processes
  • Experience in creating and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale
