Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager in the Adobe Practice to deliver transformative projects and drive meaningful client impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives
• Oversee the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Develop technology-driven strategies and guide the implementation of large-scale marketing technology ecosystems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, STEM fields, or related disciplines; MBA preferred
• 5-7+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting, with a focus on engagement manager-equivalent roles
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Marketo, and Adobe Commerce (Magento) strategic consulting or operations
• Proven track record in leading client engagements and managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Gantt charts and data visualization platforms
