What You Can Look Forward To:



We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sr Manager, HR Operations to join our team in San Leandro, CA. In this role, you will report directly to the Sr Director of Total Rewards and play a crucial part in shaping, managing, and enhancing our people operations processes and strategies. You will be responsible for helping rebuild our processes in support of our new talent philosophy and organizational goals, driving key initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Collaborate with and work as a team to provide a range of Human Resources services for the full candidate and employee life cycles.

-HR services include but are not limited to onboarding, compensation, workforce planning, performance management, organizational design, employee relations, compensation philosophies, benefits administration, compensation analysis, people analytics, compliance, off-boarding.


-Identify automation enhancements to all HR systems, programs, and tools to ensure data integrity and to further develop scalability.

·Partner with and lead global full candidate employee life cycle with global PEO/EOR organizations.

·Manage employee relations and agency relationships including requests and negotiations.

·Contribute to the strategy, design, and execution of our HR programs and initiatives.

·Partner with business and HR leaders in the implementation and administration of compensation programs and initiatives.

·Collaborate with HR Operations and IT on technology strategy, improvements, and enhancements to data integrity and Total Reward tools.

·Support audit processes and legal reporting to ensure HR programs are administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations globally.

·Lead on-boarding activities and schedule with internal stakeholders identified in the onboarding process for successful new hire transition.

·Provide assistance with local, state, and federal reporting obligations partnering with HR Department.

·Maintain familiarity with organization policies and practices ensuring an effective program of compliance with statutory, legal and regulatory requirements.

·Ensure accurate information in all HR processes following SOX controls.

·Oversee Human Resources information and reporting systems, ensuring that data is accurate and reporting is timely and complete.

·Assist with compensation benchmarking and role leveling

·Provides change-management support as needed. 

·HR Metrics & Analytics; Analyzes trends and develops strategies to resolve HR issues and make a positive impact on business results.

 

Abilities & Qualifications:

· Demonstrates the ability to challenge the status quo and propose bold, creative solutions to complex problems.

· Prioritizes actions and decisions that lead to tangible, positive results for the organization.

· Willingness to roll-up your sleeves and develop the scaffolding necessary to reinforce what is working and strengthen our foundations.

· Exhibits a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovative solutions to traditional problems.

· 5-7 years previous experience in multi-function Human Resources or People Operations department.

· Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines including workforce planning, total rewards including compensation and benefits, people analytics, compliance reporting, employee relations, HR technology and PEO/EOR management in a multi-state and/or global company.

· Strong organizational, time management, problem solving and analytical skills; ability to manage priorities and deadlines concurrently.

· Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems with minimal guidance or supervision.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information and influence team members.

· Experience with HR technology (applicant tracking system/talent relationship management, HRIS, performance management, learning management system).

· Excellent computer skills with MS Office and HCM (HRIS) management experience, preferably UKG.

· Experience and interest in utilizing AI tools to improve individual, team, and organizational effectiveness.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications:

· Deep knowledge and experience with UKG; ability to develop, troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize workflows and processes within UKG.

· Experience in job evaluation, job architecture, market pricing, benchmarking, salary structure design and development, pay for performance, short- and long-term incentive compensation, and equity plan development and administration.

· Experience with and understanding of Employee Relations.

· Skilled with data, with the ability to craft relevant metrics, glean insights, and develop dashboards from existing data.

· Experience with SOX program support/execution, controls and audit, a plus.

$135,000 - $175,000 a year
The salary range for this role is $135,000 to $175,000/year with bonus opportunity, equity grant, and other perks. The stated range is the range that we reasonably believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This range may be modified in the future.
