We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to lead performance coaching across our Outbound SDR function, supporting both Core and Mid-Market segments. As a hands-on coach and quality champion, you’ll spend your time in the field running 1:1 coaching sessions, listening to live calls, reviewing outreach, and diagnosing performance gaps in real time.
Your mission is to elevate SDR performance, scale outbound to best-in-class standards, and improve key funnel metrics including MQL>SAO conversion, call-to-connect, connect-to-opportunity, and demo sit rates. You’ll drive outbound excellence by lifting both quantity (activity, connect rates, pipeline coverage) and quality (targeting, messaging, and CRM discipline). In close partnership with SDR Managers, you'll help reps develop the skills, mindset, and consistency to influence revenue — not just generate leads.
At Employment Hero, we believe SDRs are revenue influencers. This role will help embed that belief across the business. By setting clear standards, optimising processes, and coaching relentlessly, you’ll help reps balance high-volume activity with relevant, high-impact conversations. Your work will fuel pipeline growth, strengthen conversion rates, and scale a high-performing outbound engine.
