Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the sales process by qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and qualify inbound leads generated through online campaigns, social media, and referral networks.
- Make outbound calls to prospects to confirm interest and suitability.
- Book appointments for sales consultants using our scheduling tools.
- Send follow-up communications via email or SMS to keep leads engaged.
- Update and maintain CRM records with detailed call notes and status updates.
- Work closely with the Australian sales and operations team to ensure handovers are smooth and timely.
- Hit daily/weekly KPIs around call volume, lead conversion, and appointments set.
- 3+ years of experience as a virtual assistant, appointment setter, or in a similar outbound calling role.
- Excellent spoken and written English (clear, confident, and professional tone).
- Experience using a Sales CRM is highly desired.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working autonomously and hitting productivity targets.
