A company is looking for an Email & Performance Marketing Manager (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email, push, and performance marketing campaigns to drive user activation and retention
• Manage the B2C email calendar and create compelling content for consumer audiences
• Optimize email performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and comprehensive reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2C email marketing
• Proven track record of data-driven email campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement
• Experience with lifecycle marketing and trigger-based automation
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
