We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our growing marketing agency. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through B2B sales efforts.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Research and identify potential B2B clients across various channels such as industry events, publications, and online platforms.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new leads and expand business growth opportunities.
  • Initiate cold outreach and follow-ups to engage potential clients and drive new business.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to offer tailored solutions aligned with their business goals and budget.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communications, handling inquiries and feedback professionally.
  • Sales Proposals and Negotiations:
  • Create compelling sales proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively highlight our agency’s capabilities and unique value.
  • Present proposals clearly to potential clients, addressing their concerns and expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that benefit both the client and the agency.
  • Market Research and Strategy:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to identify business opportunities.
  • Analyze client and market data to refine our sales approach and service offerings.
  • Provide insights to senior management to help shape future sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Team Support:
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, and account management) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and sales strategies with colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Mentor junior staff members, supporting their professional development and growth in B2B sales.

  • Qualifications
  • Proven success in B2B sales roles, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales principles, lead generation, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex solutions persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with B2B clients and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high level of autonomy.
