Customer Success Strategist (BFSI Clients)

This role is with one of our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts based on a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.
  • Create and execute customer success strategies to help clients meet their business objectives, focusing on maximizing the value derived from our product.
  • Proactively monitor account health, track key performance indicators, and take corrective actions to prevent churn and drive customer retention.
  • Work with clients to refine their speech analysis use cases, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback and insights, contributing to product enhancements and improvements.
  • Lead regular business reviews with customers, reporting on account status, performance metrics, and identifying areas for further improvement.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions for new clients and identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
  • Assist in the development of customer success programs, resources, and best practices to continually enhance the client experience.

  • 4 to 10 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer retention, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Strong understanding of customer success strategies and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working in the BFSI sector is a plus.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction and driving results.
