Role Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and daily operations. In this remote, part-time role, you’ll help manage communications, coordinate events, and keep key projects on track. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive administrative support to leadership and team members
- Manage member and billing communications with timely follow-ups
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, webinars, and internal events
- Maintain team calendars and send reminders as needed
- Coordinate logistics for virtual conferences (speaker communications, sponsor support)
- Track project deadlines, deliverables, and progress
- Prepare internal documents, meeting notes, and team updates
- Maintain organized digital filing systems (contracts, event assets, communications)
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and agreements
- Support engagement during virtual events (moderate chats, post reminders)
- Suggest ways to streamline administrative processes and boost efficiency
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-starter comfortable managing multiple priorities remotely
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools
- Previous remote work experience is a plus
- Interest in online events, business operations, or personal development is a bonus
- Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary : $6-7/hr
