Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and efficiently dispatching service technicians. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and effectively convert inquiries into sales will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking appliance repair services.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about services offered, pricing, and scheduling availability.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively address customer concerns, provide solutions, and promote additional services as appropriate.
- Utilize sales techniques to convert incoming inquiries into service appointments and sales opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Mr. Appliance's service offerings, pricing structure, and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with service technicians to schedule appointments and dispatch them to customer locations efficiently.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided and address any additional needs or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to optimize customer service processes and achieve sales targets.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Candidates must have excellent English comprehension and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- This role must be the candidate’s only job during the scheduled working hours; no other concurrent employment is permitted.
- Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
