Responsibilities

  • Enter project data into the company database accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist project managers with documentation and data management
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical project files
  • Review and verify the accuracy of project data before entry
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary project information
  • Generate reports related to project status and metrics
  • Support the project team in administrative tasks as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
