Dynatrace Monitoring Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynatrace Systems Monitoring Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring using Dynatrace and other tools to assess system performance
• Support a 24/7 monitoring service to identify and address issues proactively
• Develop documentation and runbooks for repeatable processes and facilitate IT responses to system problems

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of IT experience with performance monitoring tools
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Dynatrace monitoring
• 2+ years in a command center role related to Incident Management or Event Monitoring
• Knowledge of system and network infrastructures including LAN, WAN, and virtualization technologies
