Duties & Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize and develop visuals based on brand guidelines
- Create illustrations, logos, and layouts for social media and print
- Work collaboratively with copywriters and marketing team
- Ensure all graphics are visually appealing and aligned with the brand
- Test graphics across different media formats
- Revise designs based on feedback in a timely manner
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong eye for layout, color, and typography
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to take feedback and apply it constructively
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Passion for design trends and visual innovation
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 2–4 years of proven experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, branding, and digital work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Familiarity with additional tools such as Dreamweaver and Canva is a plus
