Sand Valley is a golf resort and community settled gently upon 12,000 acres of rugged, pre-historic sand dunes in central Wisconsin. Here, residents and guests will find five world-class golf courses built in harmony with the land: Sand Valley, Mammoth Dunes, The Sandbox, The Lido, and Sedge Valley.  Founded in 2016 by brothers Michael and Chris Keiser, the resort is known for its friendly hospitality and a community of golf and outdoor enthusiasts who have been drawn to the raw beauty and serenity of the vast Wisconsin Wilderness. Inspired by the heathland golf courses of London, Sand Valley showcases golf as it was meant to be, much like the other Dream Golf properties, Bandon Dunes and Rodeo Dunes.

Beyond premier golf, Sand Valley is a year-round celebration of all the outdoors from fat-tire biking, hiking, and kayaking to ice hockey, skating, or a guided cold plunge. The resort now features a 13,000-square-foot Tennis Center with 16 grass tennis courts and the eleventh Court Tennis facility in the United States. Alongside soul-stirring golf and outdoor exploration, Sand Valley offers a variety of savory dining venues showcasing globally inspired and rustic Wisconsin cuisine.

• At Sand Valley, the caddie greeter is more than just the first friendly face our guests see - you’re the welcoming spirit that sets the tone for an unforgettable day on the course. With your upbeat personality and attention to detail, you’ll ensure guests are matched with their perfect caddie and have everything they need for a smooth and enjoyable round of golf. Whether helping guests with their golf bags or working closely with the caddie coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a seamless and memorable experience for each guest.

• Welcome the Guests: Greet each guest with a smile and introduce them to their caddie.
• Build Rapport with Caddies: Ensure smooth transitions by building positive connections with caddies.
• Ensure a Smooth Start: Help guests assess their golf bags, checking weight, removing non-essential items, and ensuring proper straps and stands.
• Lift and Handle Bags: Safely lift and check golf bags for weight and condition before guests head out on the course.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work with the caddie coordinator to fill assignments and address caddie-related needs.
• Stay Organized & Efficient: Maintain a clean, organized caddie area while staying ahead of guests’ needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Where Needed: Jump in when necessary to provide updates or help guests get settled.
• Join the Caddie Program: On your off days, join the caddie program to further immerse yourself in the golf experience.

• Friendly & Welcoming Nature: Your approachability makes guests feel at ease and excited for their time on the course.
• Strong Communication Skills: You effectively communicate with both guests and team members.
• Attention to Detail: You ensure everything, from bag condition to guest readiness, is handled with care.
• Adaptability & Teamwork: You handle multiple tasks, adjust to the flow of the day, and pitch in wherever needed.
• Passion for Golf: Whether experienced or eager to learn, you'll thrive surrounded by golf enthusiasts.
• Flexibility & Availability: Able to work 32-40 hours per week, spread across 4 days, with flexible availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, exposed to the beauty of nature - rain or shine. Be prepared for the elements, including inclement weather, rapid equipment movement, misdirected golf balls, and occasional course chemicals. Safety is our priority, and you’ll receive the necessary training to handle these conditions safely.
