Project Manager

Dragonfly Homes by Mindy Willert, LLC, a leading Arizona Mobile Home and Manufactured Home Dealer/Agency, is searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our vibrant team. Focusing on the sale and representation of Mobile and Manufactured homes in 55+ communities, we have built a solid reputation for our commitment to quality service and client satisfaction. As a Project Manager, you will oversee various projects within the organization, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our business goals. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources efficiently, and creating actionable plans to achieve project deliverables. Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure alignment and communication.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and project plans.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations from the plan.
• Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in the real estate or construction sectors.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Asana).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
