Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Control Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system to support product development and engineering processes
• Ensure smooth product change approvals and recommend configuration changes based on best practices
• Document procedures, standards, and policies related to engineering documents

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PLM system operation and administration
• At least 3 years in a senior or managerial role related to PLM
• Familiarity with ARENA PLM, PTC Windchill, or Siemens Teamcenter
• Experience in developing comprehensive documentation practices
• Ability to deliver training programs and advise stakeholders on system capabilities
