Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Control Specialist to assist engineers in maintaining productivity and accuracy in engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain internal document control database and coordinate with third-party engineering firms
• Assist engineers in organizing documentation and ensuring project deliverables meet schedules
• Support the preparation and adaptation of technical contract documents for various engineering projects

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in document control or similar roles
• Associates degree in document systems management or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in an engineering firm or similar environment
• Knowledge of clean fuels market and related activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
