Docebo Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Docebo Specialist for a remote, 6-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support learning programs in Docebo, including content, enrollment, groups, and reporting
• Manage Tier 2-3 Jira tickets and collaborate with the HR Scaled Support team
• Support resolution of platform issues and guide LMS system admins on scalable learning setups

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a learning systems, HR tech, or business systems analyst role
• Strong hands-on experience with Docebo or similar LMS platforms
• Familiarity with Workday in relation to learning content and integrations
• Experience supporting talent development initiatives for onboarding and compliance training
• Comfort navigating Jira, Slack, and Notion in a fast-paced environment
