Customer Service Administrator – Wyoming, Michigan

DISHER is currently partnering with a home building company in Wyoming, Michigan to fill their Customer Services Administrator role on the team. This role is responsible for supporting the sales managers, sales agents and marketing staff in a variety of administrative activities.  This position will provide a great opportunity to exhibit administrative expertise and to leverage technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness

• Plan work to prioritize commitments to achieve timely results
• Demonstrate positive approach in developing relationships and support the broader sales team with problem solving skills
• Organize all paperwork associated with a sale and ensure all paperwork is complete
• Update websites with house listings, community events and various other data
• Direct leads to appropriate sales agents
• Support sales team by assisting with CRM system and help train sales agents
• Assist existing and potential customers ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
• Coordinate landscaping activities for spec / model homes

• High school degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
• Experience in a real estate of construction environment preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage projects, multi task, and adhere to deadlines
• Demonstrate positive attitude, creativity, strong problem solving skills, flexibility, assertiveness, autonomy, and cooperation in performing job duties
