Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Web Strategy & CRO to drive website performance and growth through strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead conversion rate optimization strategy and manage A/B testing and UX improvements
• Develop and execute SEO and AI-driven growth strategies to enhance organic visibility
• Own analytics and reporting to monitor conversion rates and identify optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in managing digital and web experiences for growth and optimization
• Strong background in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user behavior analysis
• Hands-on experience with headless CMS and web management
• Working knowledge of web development concepts (HTML, CSS)
• Experience leading SEO projects in agile environments and proficiency in SEO analytics tools
