Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of UX.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UX designers
• Define and communicate a compelling UX strategy aligned with product and business goals
• Drive user-centered design practices and advocate for user needs in cross-functional discussions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in UX
• 7+ years of experience managing and scaling UX teams in high-growth environments
• Proven track record of leading UX for complex B2B or B2C products; experience with healthcare or AI products is a plus
• Strong background in UX research and interaction/visual design
• Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles influencing company direction and strategy
