Director of Secondary Markets

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Secondary Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop pricing initiatives and oversee lock desk operations
• Evaluate and execute exit strategies for aggregated loans, including whole loan sales and securitization
• Recommend and implement portfolio management strategies to manage pricing and interest rate risks

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct experience in mortgage and secondary markets
• Familiarity with private label RMBS deal structures and cash flow modeling
• Proficiency with capital markets platforms (e.g., MCT, Bloomberg, Intex, Yield Book)
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or relevant market experience
• Preferred Master's degree or pursuit of advanced finance education (CFA, etc.)
