A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Revenue Cycle Optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor teams in Revenue Optimization and Revenue Integrity functions
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for growth and operational efficiency
  • Oversee offshore vendor relationships and drive automation strategies for revenue cycle processes


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related areas
  • Proven expertise in payer auditing and underpayment recovery
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
  • Experience with RPA tools and knowledge of payer reimbursement policies preferred
