Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Product Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and implementation of a cross-function system for defining, measuring, and reporting key performance indicators
• Understand and align the needs of the medical group, operations, and product with the company's core strategy
• Lead strategic initiatives and projects within Product, including designing innovative partnerships and monitoring performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree from a recognized college or university
• 8+ years of employment in a related position, preferably in various healthcare settings
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, and/or MPH) from a recognized college or university is preferred but not required
