Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Product Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee digital properties and ensure operational metrics are met for content publishing and performance
• Develop and manage the product roadmap and backlog to enhance user experience and website functionality
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration between various departments to optimize digital strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 9+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with site management experience
• 5+ years of experience in agile Scrum development processes
• 5+ years of experience managing technical and functional teams
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager preferred
