Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Development, Cosmetics Science, or a related field
• 8-10 years of product development experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry, focusing on clean beauty products
• Deep understanding of clean beauty principles, ingredient sourcing, and formulation techniques
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring high-performing teams
• Excellent project management abilities with a capacity to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
