Director of Principal Gifts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Planned & Principal Gifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 35-50 high-net-worth prospects and lead the donor engagement cycle
• Identify and cultivate potential legacy and planned gift donors, providing guidance on complex giving instruments
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to structure gifts that align with donor intent and organizational policies

Required Qualifications

• Mature and personal Christian faith
• Five or more years of successful experience in fundraising or relevant experience
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with professional advisors
• Strong understanding of Principal Gifts & Planned Giving vehicles
• Bachelor's degree required
