Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to lead paid digital acquisition efforts and drive revenue growth for its D2C business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the performance marketing strategy across Paid Social, Paid Search, and other key acquisition channels
• Oversee digital paid budget allocation and forecasting to meet revenue and acquisition targets
• Manage and mentor a team of channel leads and agency resources to drive performance and growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, particularly in Paid Acquisition
• Direct experience driving growth in D2C/ecommerce businesses
• A minimum of 2+ years of team management experience
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale 8-figure annual budgets
