Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize a marketplace acquisition engine to achieve GMV and customer acquisition goals
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to support B2B lead generation
• Lead a team and manage budgets to enhance customer growth while meeting LTV/CAC targets

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEM, SEO, and paid media
• Proven experience in building and leading performance marketing teams
• Strong knowledge of cross-device, multi-channel analytics and attribution
• Deep understanding of the evolving search ecosystem, including AI engines
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external resources
