Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partnerships to lead institutional fundraising and revenue growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the institutional fundraising strategy focused on foundations, with potential expansion into corporate and government funders
• Cultivate and manage relationships with top institutional funders, ensuring coordinated engagement across programs
• Lead and empower the Institutional Partnerships team through coaching and identifying growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Experience in institutional fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development, with direct team management experience
• Expertise in securing large, multi-year grants ($1M-$10M+) and driving significant year-over-year growth
• Strong understanding of industry and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and motivating team members across multiple time zones
• Strategic and operational leadership skills, including defining and executing fundraising strategies and overseeing proposal lifecycles
