Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of GTM Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with CRO & GTM Leaders to drive financial insight across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success
• Conduct GTM forecasting, including bookings, pipeline coverage, and sales cycle analysis
• Build and maintain key SaaS unit economics models to inform investment and growth decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Sales Finance within a SaaS or high-growth technology company
• Deep understanding of SaaS GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage and CAC
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels
• Experience building and scaling GTM planning and reporting processes in a dynamic environment
