Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive management reporting and provide analytical support for sales performance and revenue recognition
• Support senior management on revenue operations, marketing ROI, and customer analytics
• Lead planning and forecasting processes while improving financial operations and developing the FP&A team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Corporate FP&A experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience in the SaaS and software industry, with knowledge of subscription business models
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, particularly in Excel and EPM tools
• Proven ability to build and retain high-performing finance teams
