Develop and lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning processes
Act as the primary finance partner to Senior Executives, shaping and evaluating strategic priorities
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in financial planning systems
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
Experience in large-scale finance environments and high-growth organizations
Expertise in building and operationalizing FP&A processes
Strong systems orientation with experience in financial planning systems and BI tools
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Science, or a quantitative field; MBA is a strong plus
