Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the FP&A planning cycle for Operating and Capital Expenditure, including forecasting and budgeting
• Analyze operating performance and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights
• Prepare financial models and reporting packages to support decision-making and drive business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a global environment
• Proven ability to lead financial processes in a matrixed organization
• Experience with enterprise financial systems and financial planning tools
• Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives
