Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on messaging and storytelling aligned with field activation strategies
• Create scalable resources to support field partners in adopting research-backed practices

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in field organizing, movement strategy, or community engagement
• Undergraduate degree in public policy, communication, political science, or related field; graduate degree preferred
• Solid understanding of systems thinking and institutional change strategies
• Track record of building partnerships and influencing decision-makers
• Experience in incorporating research into program design and interventions
