Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering, Identity & Attribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts across Attribution and Identity, managing the roadmap, execution, and team growth
• Build and scale attribution pipelines, identity resolution services, and data modeling infrastructure
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and uphold engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in an engineering leadership role
• Proven experience in building and scaling attribution and/or identity systems, preferably in ad tech or martech
• Expertise in data engineering, distributed systems, and real-time data processing
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and modern data platforms
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile, and metrics-driven environment
