Director of Clinical Data Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Data Management - Rare Disease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a distinct data management operational unit and manage staff recruitment, development, and global resource planning
• Create and implement strategies for data management, ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee study deliverables, and ensure quality through performance governance

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of data management experience
• At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role managing teams or projects
• Extensive experience in data management within the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
• Experience in the rare disease therapeutic area is preferred
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global organization and manage vendor relationships
