Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI Engineering to lead and scale a global AI Center of Excellence focused on cybersecurity challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and execution strategy for the AI Center of Excellence
• Collaborate across functions to align AI work with company priorities
• Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions from research to production deployment

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing AI or ML teams at scale
• Strong experience in driving AI/ML product development from research to production
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including model development and MLOps
• Experience in managing risk and aligning technical work with business goals
