A company is looking for a Director of Account Management (Commercial).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Commercial Account Managers
• Oversee client relationship strategies and ensure alignment with customer objectives
• Drive revenue retention and growth through strategic account planning and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus)
• 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
• 2+ years of people management experience in mid-market or enterprise segments
• Proven track record of retaining and expanding commercial client relationships
• Familiarity with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.)
