Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Lab Transformation Lead to manage a team of Product Owners and drive the vision and execution of their digital product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive execution on organizational projects while managing priorities and resources
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, providing strategic direction and removing roadblocks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize project work and ensure timely delivery of product features

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in project management or product ownership, with leadership experience preferred
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
• Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences and healthcare
