About the role 

We are looking for an IT Intern to assist in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring systems run efficiently and securely. As an IT Intern, you will work closely with our IT team to assist in maintaining and improving our company’s technical infrastructure, while having an excellent opportunity to learn about IT systems, network management, and perform both hardware and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining infrastructure
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Participate in system updates, backups, and other IT maintenance tasks
• Assist in network monitoring and security tasks under supervision
• Help with the management of our platforms and documentation
• Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and initiatives, and provide support in ad-hoc tasks

• Currently pursuing or have pursued a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and office software
• Professional use of English
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
