Pasek Security Company, a DH Pace Company, Inc., will hire an experienced Sales Manager to manage downtown South Boston and Salem, NH Integrated Security Systems (ISS) commercial sales team and the Entry Door Systems (EDS) commercial sales team.
This leadership position oversees all aspects of managing the Sales Team and Sales Process from inception to close. Hire, train, develop and mentor sales representatives; lead meetings, trainings, and assist and observe sales reps with customer presentations. Generate timely and thorough sales reports for executive review.
