This role is part of our Design team, based in Skopje/Zagreb. Together, we focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions for some of the world’s leading brands, such as Meta, TikTok, eBay, Netflix, Logitech, Philips, and more, while fostering an environment of global collaboration and innovation.

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a talented Motion Designer with strong editing skills to join our creative team. You will work closely with art directors, creatives, and clients to create engaging content and videos that effectively communicate complex ideas and achieve client goals, primarily for social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for design, meticulous attention to detail, and expertise in industry-standard software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, as well as solid knowledge of grading and sound design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating social first videos using professional-grade tools and techniques. 
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and execute video concepts that align with project and client goals. 
  • Edit and post-produce video content to ensure a polished final product that meets client expectations. 
  • Continually enhance video production quality, specifically for social media, by staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in motion design and editing. 
  • Transform initial ideas into polished, high-quality videos.
  • Well organized, responsible and dedicated to your work.
  • Self-learning and being able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
  • Expert level skills in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience in grading and sound design.
  • Full working proficiency in the English language.
