Job Summary

A company is looking for a Denials & AR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee department accounts, inventory, workflows, and employee development
• Manage and audit inventory, including reconciliations and client reporting
• Participate in client meetings and ensure revenue targets are met

Required Qualifications

• Experience in people leadership at a managerial level within revenue cycle services
• In-depth experience in accounts receivables, denials, and appeals
• Experience managing multiple health systems' inventories
• Intermediate+ level MS Excel proficiency
• Experience with training and coaching team members
