Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Generation Associate (Part Time Flexible, Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify target markets and prospects by developing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and generating lists of potential leads
• Execute multichannel outreach campaigns, including personalized email sequences and social media prospecting to engage potential customers
• Track and report lead engagement, maintaining accurate records and optimizing lead lists based on performance data

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Past sales, outreach, or club leadership experience is a plus
• Experience with CRM or outreach tools (like HubSpot) is beneficial but not required
• Competitive mindset with self-motivation and a drive for results
• Outgoing and confident, comfortable with initiating conversations with new contacts
