Key Responsibilities

?? Problem Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
?? Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
?? Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
?? Experience: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
?? Skills:
?? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
?? Strong organizational with attention to detail.
?? Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM tools.
?? Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
?? Availability: Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
