Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Delivery Associate for the UK, Ireland, Iberia, and Americas regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality support to clients and advisors, including managing orders and follow-ups
• Collaborate with regional teams to enhance the client experience and track requests for non-Context products
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize client value and contribute to the delivery of regional and global tours

Required Qualifications

• Experience in client support or customer service roles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with cultural experiences or travel-related services is preferred
