• Serve as a trusted partner and leader for Enterprise stakeholders
• Enable data-driven decisions through analysis, experimentation, and modeling
• Inspire, mentor, and grow decision scientists on the team

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, or related field
• 6+ years of professional experience in decision science or related field
• 1+ years of experience managing a team
• Intensive hands-on experience with A/B testing and data analysis
• Expert in SQL and one analytics programming language (Python or R)
