Job Description: The ideal candidate will be a technically proficient full-stack software developer with experience in backend development, frontend integrations, and API-driven systems. This role will primarily involve developing internal tools that utilize AI to produce agentically generated, contextually relevant marketing content at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust, scalable backend systems and internal tools leveraging LLM APIs such as OpenAI's GPT models.
• Integrate AI-based content generation into scalable content distribution and automation platforms.
• Utilize modern AI-based IDEs and stay current on industry-leading technologies such as Lovable, Bolt, and Replit.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, manage project timelines, and deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in software engineering, including efficiency, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and cross-training within a collaborative team environment.
  

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in full-stack software development (primarily Python backend-focused).
• Experience integrating and working with APIs, specifically LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
• Familiarity with AI-driven IDEs and development tools.
• Working knowledge with databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
