New Home Center Coordinator - Administrative

Job Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic, detail oriented, highly organized team member with exceptional communication and people skills to schedule and coordinate appointments for the design center and facilitate front lobby operations for the new home center building.

Main functions:

Greeting and directing guests, announcing visitors, and transferring phone calls to team members.

Answering and directing phone calls to the new home center and design center, as well as text updates with customers regarding design appointment scheduling.

Scheduling design appointments with design center customers and coordinating administrative preparation for design appointments.

Various clerical tasks contributing to office organization and efficiency.

Accepting mail and packages and routing accordingly.

Help with internal documentation management and filing.

Preparing and sending reports.

Special projects as needed to assist and support design team and divisional operations.

Maintain design center supplies and supply orders.

Qualifications

Fantastic communication skills with the ability to be kind while diplomatic and direct.

Organized and efficient: process oriented.

Exceptional time management/discipline.

High attention to detail.

Computer: Microsoft Suite are a requirement (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) Microsoft Bookings or Calendly skills are highly desired, but willing to train.

Adaptable to change.
